First-order Type-I Curry for 2

A generic, tasty curry recipe which is about as quick to make as a jar curry but has actual flavour. Stolen from BBC Good Food.

0.5 red onionthinly sliced
0.5 clove of garlic
1.0 tsp of ready-prepared ginger
0.5 tsp of ready-chopped chillies
100.0 g of chopped tomatoes
25.0 ml of water
100.0 g of chickencubed
1.0 tsp of garam masala
1.5 tbsp of yogurt
0.5 handful coriander leavesroughly chopped
