First-order Type-I Curry for 2

A generic, tasty curry recipe which is about as quick to make as a jar curry but has actual flavour. Stolen from BBC Good Food.

1.5 red onionthinly sliced
1.5 clove of garlic
3.0 tsp of ready-prepared ginger
1.5 tsp of ready-chopped chillies
300.0 g of chopped tomatoes
75.0 ml of water
300.0 g of chickencubed
3.0 tsp of garam masala
4.5 tbsp of yogurt
1.5 handful coriander leavesroughly chopped
