600.0 g of spagetti | cook al dente | drain | mix in hot pan off of heat until sauce thickened | |
3.0 cloves of garlic | crushed | fry a little more | ||
1.5 tbsp of olive oil | fry until slightly golden | |||
300.0 g of smoked pancetta cubes | ||||
112.5 ml of double cream | mix | |||
75.0 g of grana padano | finely grated | |||
1.5 salt | ||||
1.5 pepper | ||||
4.5 eggs | mix 2/3 egg whites and all yolks |
