75.0 g of granulated sugarplace in deep heavy saucepanheat gently to disolve sugarincrease heat slightly until turns into syrupwatch closely. boil on fairly low heat until looks like marmalade ~15minsturn off heatwhiskimmediately pour into prepared tincool completely for 2 hoursremove using hammer or other kitchen implementbreak into chunks
