First-order Type-I Curry for 2

A generic, tasty curry recipe which is about as quick to make as a jar curry but has actual flavour. Stolen from BBC Good Food.

oilfry until softfry brieflybring to boilcover on medium-high for 5-6 minutes or chicken cookedsimmer and stir in
2.5 red onionthinly sliced
2.5 clove of garlic
5.0 tsp of ready-prepared ginger
2.5 tsp of ready-chopped chillies
500.0 g of chopped tomatoes
125.0 ml of water
500.0 g of chickencubed
5.0 tsp of garam masala
7.5 tbsp of yogurt
2.5 handful coriander leavesroughly chopped
