First-order Type-I Curry for 2

A generic, tasty curry recipe which is about as quick to make as a jar curry but has actual flavour. Stolen from BBC Good Food.

3.0 red onionthinly sliced
3.0 clove of garlic
6.0 tsp of ready-prepared ginger
3.0 tsp of ready-chopped chillies
600.0 g of chopped tomatoes
150.0 ml of water
600.0 g of chickencubed
6.0 tsp of garam masala
9.0 tbsp of yogurt
3.0 handful coriander leavesroughly chopped
