Lime Pickle


Better than the stuff you get from the supermarket and some restraunts.

1.0 kg of limesstab all over and cut into 8mix well and press hardreserve juicessteam solids 15minsplace in glass bowl & cover with towel for 2 days in warm place mix every 8hmix well in bowl cover & leave again for 2 daysfood process to preferred consistency chunky or smoothplace in sterillised air-tight container leave in cool place for 2 weeks
125.0 g of salt
40.0 cloves of garlicsmash
50.0 g of chilli powder
150.0 ml of vegetable oilheat med-hightemper until mustard seeds pop
30.0 g of white cumin seeds
3.0 Tbsp of black mustard seeds
0.5 tsp of asafoetida
1.0 reserved juices
