First-order Type-I Curry for 2

A generic, tasty curry recipe which is about as quick to make as a jar curry but has actual flavour. Stolen from BBC Good Food.

4.0 red onionthinly sliced
4.0 clove of garlic
8.0 tsp of ready-prepared ginger
4.0 tsp of ready-chopped chillies
800.0 g of chopped tomatoes
200.0 ml of water
800.0 g of chickencubed
8.0 tsp of garam masala
12.0 tbsp of yogurt
4.0 handful coriander leavesroughly chopped
